RETURN
Usted tiene 2 días ( 48 horas )para reclamación luego de marcarse recibido el pedido por producto defectuoso o roto.
Mercancía correctamente despachada no tiene devolución, excepto que haya sido recibida defectuosa. Para ser elegible para cambio debe ser regresada en la misma condición recibida, con el empaque, tags etc.
Los paquetes son verificados al momento de empacar su orden, pero de su orden llegar rota, o con alguna pieza faltante, por favor contáctenos al momento de recibirla o en el periodo de 24 horas luego de recibir su orden envíenos foto por inbox , mensaje instagram o por email zoleeshop@aol.com
